Jacqui Farnham is an award-winning journalist, filmmaker and writer who specialises in Science, History and Business stories.
She has produced and directed on some of Britain's best-known factual TV shows and pioneered new, successful programmes for national and international audiences. Jacqui has explored a wide range of topics in her films and writing: from the science and ethics of nuclear weapons to the business of making coffee and from the naval history of the British Isles to new ways of combating air pollution. During her career, she has gained unparalleled access to some of Britain’s most challenging individuals and organisations. And she's served as a broadcast consultant to the Wellcome Trust; forging new links between them and the great and the good of British broadcasting. Among other projects, Jacqui is currently writing a book about the British Navy. She is also a keen gardener, and is a double winner of the RHS Banksian Medal for horticultural achievement. |
